Welcome to The Venture Cart! We deliver premium, high-protein meat sticks, tumblers, and mugs directly from our US-based office to customers in the United States and the United Kingdom. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping practices:

1. General Information

  • All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
  • Items offered on our website are only available for delivery to addresses in the United States and the United Kingdom. Any shipments outside of these countries are not available at this time.

2. Delivery Location

  • Orders will be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase. Please ensure this address is complete and accurate.

3. Delivery Times

  • Shipping times may vary depending on your location, the carrier's delivery practices, delivery method, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.
  • Delivery within the US typically takes 3-5 business days.
  • Delivery to the UK typically takes 5-10 business days.
  • We will provide an estimated delivery date when you place your order, which will be updated via email if any changes occur.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the delivery method chosen. To find out how much your order will cost, simply add the items you want to buy to your cart, proceed to the checkout page, and enter your address. The shipping cost will automatically be calculated and displayed.
  • Note: Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges.
